FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What do I wear? 

You may undress to your comfort level in our private sauna room. Many guests choose a swimsuit or lightweight workout gear. 

2. How long should I sit? 

Begginers should start with 10-20 minutes, working up to 30-40 minutes. 

3. What are the benefits? 

Potential for detoxification, weight loss, improved circulation, reduced inflammation, pain relief and relaxation

4. Can I bring a friend? 

Yes, you may bring one additional guest along to your session for no extra charge! 

5. How often should I come? 

Infrared heat exposure is safe for daily use. For optimal results, 2 sessions per week is recommended. 

6. What if I get too hot?

The sauna temperature will be between 120-130° when you arrive, you may lower the temp, crack the sauna door, or simply end your session a few minutes early if you get too warm.
